Refund Policy

Welcome to our company’s website. By using our site, you agree to the following terms, which you should read carefully.

 

DELIVERY-REFUND CLARIFICATIONS 

• Deliveries are always confirmed by telephone contact with the recipient. In the absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information.

• Products can be differentiated according to season and availability. If the flowers you chose are out of season (or any other product such as a pot, jar, base, etc.) or the color of the flower is not available, then it will be replaced with something similar of the same or higher value. If this change significantly affects the image of the product you ordered, the customer care department will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent to complete your order.

• In case that the recipient does not accept to receive the flowers, there is no refund. However, you can pick up your order from our shop or -after communication with you-  we can deliver it to a new address by charging an extra delivery cost only if needed.

• In case that the recipient is absent despite the telephone communication that always precedes the delivery, the order returns to our shop. You are notified by telephone and either you receive the product from our shop or your order is resent (upon further communication with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping cost.

 

 

RETURN POLICE / ANNULMENT OF A PRODUCT

Return of products are not accepted due to the nature of the gift. If only the product you want to return is at the same condition as the one you have received it, full packing and in conciliation with the store. To avoid your suffering please check the product’s situation at the delivery, packing and the gift if any obvious defects.

Money return is not accepted.
